The Managing Director of CESANA S.p.A. in preparing this document, intends to define the corporate Quality Policy by explaining its objectives and the resulting commitments.
The first objective within the company is to create procedures which make it possible for the organization to work and communicate with full transparency and efficiency, with the aim of improving and controlling all its activities, in order to reach company and personal objectives on a general level.
CESANA S.p.A.’s objective for the outside world is to lead the company to reach and maintain those objectives of development and profitability which are the basis for its strategy, through an implemented Quality Management System, which includes both products and services, in line with the needs of reliability, transparency and efficiency for others.
Thus, it is CESANA S.p.A.’s strong desire to develop and follow this Quality Policy and, in order for this to be distributed and implemented at all company levels, our Company is committed to training its staff.
Aware of the importance and responsibility of the above and having identified the organizational solutions within the Company, CESANA S.p.A.’s Managing Director decided to make a commitment to implement and maintain a Quality System in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and to obtain the related Certification.
This Quality Policy represents the commitment this Quality System is based on (§ 5.3 ISO 9001). In light of the above CESANA S.p.A. wants to improve the efficiency of its products and services, communication and professionalism of the Company, and, above all, the motivation and involvement of its organization. In particular, the Managing Director, has appointed a Quality Management Manager, giving him the job and responsibility of ensuring the application of what is required and established by the Quality System.
