Cesana retailers can offer an installation service to end users when a product is sold. This is performed by authorized technicians who are kept constantly informed and trained on new products, as well as on their technical changes and special features. An incorrect installation or one which does not comply with Cesana’s instructions may cause problems during use. To use the installation service, just send the specific form by fax to Servizio Assistenza Cesana (039.6851140) di Vimercate (Milano). The Cesana authorised technician closest to you will contact you within 7 days to set up an appointment and will follow Cesana’s instructions and release the retailer from any obligation. The prices indicated on Cesana’s price list are the maximum recommended prices and do not include VAT. They are valid only for installing the products which have been previously delivered to the place where the product will be installed (bathroom area). The customer is responsible for disposing of the packaging. Any trips made for no purpose due to causes not directly related to the quality of the product shall be billed separately for an amount totalling 50% of the installation cost. Installation cancellations must arrive within 3 days from when the fax is sent requesting such service. Unless agreed beforehand, payment for such service is the responsibility of the user and will be made directly to our assistance centre when the installation is completed.
