If faults or anomalies occur in our shower enclosures, whether under warranty or not, it is possible to contact an Authorised Technician, who will contact the end user and take care of the job in accordance with the procedures described on our price list. We would like to remind you that all the shower enclosures, bathtubs and accessories manufactured by Cesana S.p.A. are guaranteed for 2 years (with the exclusion of the glass parts). The warranty will not be considered valid if the product is defective, damaged or does not work properly due to negligence during handling, installation or servicing. The user is required to pay a flat rate service call for any work done under warranty.
