INFORMATION AND CONSENSUS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Purposes of the processing.
By filling in the requested fields, the user of the service expressly accepts processing of his/her data by Cesana for the purposes of selecting new collaborators to add to our team. The user also acknowledges that with the acquisition of data, Cesana does not make any commitment to recontact the customer, nor does it undertake any time related obligation towards the customer, as it is completely unable to predict the timeframe for selecting personnel.

2. Processing procedure.
The data shall be processed using electronic instruments, for managing such data Cesana guarantees compliance with the minimum security conditions required by the regulation. However, Cesana reserves the right to process the data with other instruments, including non-electronic ones, in compliance with the conditions hereunder.

3. Nature of the data and consequent refusal to distribute service.
The user acknowledges that all fields must be filled in for sending a curriculum to Cesana.

4. Subjects authorised for data processing.
Cesana reserves the right to authorise outside companies to process customer data for the sole technical type purposes related to storage of such data, and agrees not to supply such data to any outside company for the purposes cited under point 1 of this information sheet.

5. Rights of the data subject.
a. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
b. The data subject has the right to obtain:

• the origin of his/her personal data;
• the purposes and procedures of the processing;
• the logic applied in the event of processing with the use of electronic instruments;
• the identification information of the data controller;
• the companies or subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated.

c. The data subject has the right to obtain:

• updating, modification or integration of his/her data;
• cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of the data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not require storing for the purposes for which they were initially taken or later processed;
• proof that the operations cited in letters 1 and 2 have been notified, including in relation to the contents, to those to whom the data have been communicated or distributed, except in cases where fulfilment of the same is impossible or requires the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

d. The data subject has the right to contest, all or in part:

• processing or his/her data for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purposes of their collection;
• processing of personal data which regards him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct marketing material or for performing market research or commercial communication.
